If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking Forgotten your password? at the log-in page and following the instructions.
If you're using Workplace Premium and are still having trouble logging in, you should get in touch with your community admin.
If you're an admin on Workplace Premium and are locked out of your account, you can contact Workplace support with this contact form. Keep in mind that the form only works if you're signed out of Workplace and Facebook. If you're signed into either, the link will redirect you to the Help Center.
